Three months additional training with 24 classes attended.
Total training time - 3 months.
(Exceptions may be made for those who started after new testing
cycle and have at attended least 20 classes)

Stances Ready stance, Front stance, Side stance
Blocks Low block, Inside-to-outside block, Outside-to-inside block, High block
Hand Attacks Middle punch, High punch, Palm heel, Back fist
Kicks Front snap kick, Inside-to-outside kick, Outside-to-inside kick,
Roundhouse kick, Step behind side kick
Combinations Combination Set # 1
Forms Ki Cho Hyung Il Boo, Ki Cho Hyung E Boo
One Step Sparring 1, 2, 3, 4
Self-Defense Cross hand grip 1 and 2
Free-Sparring Using required hand and foot techniques
Endurance 5 Push-ups, 5 Squats, 5 Sit-ups, 15 Jumping jacks, Speed
 punches - 15 seconds
Breaking Step behind side kick - one board
Written Test Define the following: Korean word will be given. Must achieve score of 70%
