One Step Sparring 1 to 18 at random plus all freestyle sets
Self-Defense All self-defense techniques
Free-Sparring Two against one
Endurance All rounds of circuit training (click here)
Breaking All candidates - Jump spin back kick - One 3/4" board
Men - Knife hand - Two stacked 3/4" wood boards (no spacers)
Women - Hammer fist - One 3/4" board
Terminology All commands for hand and foot techniques will be in Korean
Written Test Essay - Write a brief history of Tang Soo Do and describe the
             elements that make it different from other martial arts.
