Self-Defense Two hands on two 1, 2, 3, 4
Free-Sparring Using required hand and foot techniques
Endurance 10 Push-ups, 10 Squats, 10 Sit-ups, 20 Jumping jacks, 5 Squat Thrusts, 5 Hop front kicks - Speed punches - 30 seconds
Breaking Follow back kick
Written Test Define the following: Korean word will be given. Must achieve score of 70%
