One Step Sparring 7, 8, 9, 10
Self-Defense Two hands on one 1, 2, 3, 4
Free-Sparring Using required hand and foot techniques
Endurance 10 Push-ups, 10 Squats, 10 Sit-ups, 20 Jumping jacks, 5 Squat Thrusts, 5 Hop front kicks - Speed punches - 25 seconds
Breaking Spin back kick
Written Test Define the following: Korean word will be given. Must achieve score of 70%

Gup - Grade, holder of Color under Blue
Dan - Degree, Holder of Blue Belt
Ko Dan Ja - Senior Dan
Kuk Gi - National Flag
Kwan Gi - Flag of a style or school
