Three months additional training with 24 classes attended
Total training time - 9 months
Prior testing techniques may be requested

Blocks Two fisted middle block, Knife hand middle block (back stance)
Hand Attacks Spear hand, Ridge hand, Hammer fist, Elbow (side, down)
Kicks Jump Front Snap Kick, Hop Side Kick, Spin Back Kick, Side Kick to Knee
Combinations Combination Set # 3
Forms Pyong Ahn Cho Dan, Pyong Ahn E Dan
One Step Sparring 5, 6, 7, 8
Self-Defense Same side grip 1, 2, 3, 4
Free-Sparring Using required hand and foot techniques
Endurance 5 Push-ups, 5 Squats, 5 Sit-ups, 15 Jumping jacks, 5 Squat Thrusts, Speed punches - 25 seconds
Breaking Front snap kick
Written Test Define the following: Korean word will be given. Must achieve score of 70%

Ba Ro - Return to ready position
Ha Dan - Low part
Choong Dan - Middle part
Sang Dan - High part
Dwi Ro - Look (for a turn)
Tora - Turn
Soo Do - Knife hand

Yok Soo Do - Ridgehand (reverse knife hand)
Kwan Soo - Spear fist
Jang Kwon - Palm heel
