Three months additional training with 24 classes attended
Total training time - 6 months.

Forms Gicho Hyung Sam Boo, Pyong Ahn Cho Dan
One Step Sparring 3, 4, 5, 6
Self-Defense Cross hand grip 1, 2, 3, 4
Free-Sparring Using required hand and foot techniques
Endurance 5 Push-ups, 5 Squats, 5 Sit-ups, 15 Jumping jacks, Speed punches - 20 seconds
Breaking Palm heel
Written Test Define the following: Korean word will be given. Must achieve score of 70%
