Circuit Training

For 2nd Gup, 1st Gup and Cho Dan tests,
the following will be required for the endurance part of the test.

Side Kick
(10 each leg)

10 Squat Thrusts

Outside-to-Inside Kick
(10 each leg)

50 Speed Punches

Spin Hook Kick (5 each leg)

15 Sit-Ups

Double Roundhouse Kick
(5 each leg)

15 Push-Ups

Jump Inside-to-Outside Kick
(5 each leg)

15 Squats

Jump Side Kick
(5 each leg)

10 Squat Thrusts

Jump Front Snap Kick
(5 each leg)

40 Speed Punches

Jump Outside-to-Inside Kick (3 each side)

10 Squats

Jump Spin Inside-to-Outside Kick (3 each side)

10 Sit-Ups

Jump Spin Hook Kick
(3 each side)

10 Push-Ups

30 Speed Punches
